What do I do if I need support or a repair and my hearing aids are in warranty?

To use the warranty we would ask you to get in touch with us via our support email, where you can make an appointment with an audiologist from our team to assist remotely (if your devices allow). This being said we have heard a variety of queries over the years, so if you get in touch with the issue you have we may very likely be able to assist you via email.

If there is a hardware fault we would have the aids shipped to our lab in the UK where we can look to resolve the issue in house. Failing that, we would manage the repair with the manufacturer ourselves!
