  We offer Remote Virtual appointments with our UK audiologist with the device on an 'as and when' service. If there is anything you require assistance with, simply get in touch. We do not offer this service stand-alone for non-customers at the moment.

  The turnaround time is on average between 5 - 6 days as we operate in the supply chain, every hearing device is brand new from the manufacturer. We use DHL next domestic express / DHL international express couriers and your hearing aids are ready to wear on arrival.
